RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Our goal at Elite Scrub is to provide fashionable medical scrubs and accessories that are comfortable, trendy, affordable, and of superior quality.

Thank you for shopping at [Enter URL Here] where our goal is your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with anything you order, we will gladly accept your items as a return or exchange within 14 days from the shipping date. Please note that we are unable to accept Clearance, Customized or Embroidered items, and all returned items must be unwashed, unworn and with all tags intact with original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns

To initiate a return or exchange, please use our self-service returns portal here. You will receive a shipping label and return instructions through the portal.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for a refund to be issued to the credit card used for purchase.
  • All returns that do not result in an exchange will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • Items marked as “CLEARANCE” have been discontinued by the manufacturer and are available on a while supplies last basis. No return or exchange is allowed on clearance items. All sales of clearance items are final.

Exchanges

To initiate an exchange, please use our self-service exchange portal here. You will receive a shipping label and return instructions through the portal.

  • You are responsible for exchange/ returns shipping costs
  • Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your exchange to be processed.
  • Your credit card will be refunded for the returned item(s). A new charge will be issued for your new item(s) plus any applicable shipping costs. Original shipping is non-refundable.
  • CLEARANCE item sales are final and can NOT be exchanged or returned.
